Stamina Tofu

Tofu with lots of bits and bobs, including an almost-raw egg in the middle and natto. Natto can be a bit grim at times - gunky fermented soy beans that stink. When all of this little lot is mixed together, the resulting slime was actually not bad, but it was hard to eat it with any semblance of grace. Pretty much had to slurp it straight from the plate.

  1. They have something similar to this at Ootoya and its called "neba-neba kobachi". Its one of my favorites! Healthy and slimy as it can get. thumbs up! - from booth no.3!
